Join Anna Smith at the Unity Center of Pittsburgh as she tells her personal story of healing trauma through holistic modalities and explains the connection between Reiki and the healing of the physical and emotional body.

Anna has experienced generational trauma, childhood trauma, and domestic violence. She was diagnosed with Complex PTSD and Fibromyalgia. Anna discovered Reiki while searching for a holistic alternative to manage her chronic physical pain. She found that it helped heal so much more than the physical discomfort, reducing stress, allowing her to sleep, and easing the emotional wounds. Reiki had begun to improve every part of her life, and her journey began. She hopes to help others in their own personal healing journey, knowing the peace of mind, spirit, and body.

About Anna Smith - Anna is the Healing Arts Director at Mind Dojo, Reiki Master Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, Certified Sound Reiki Practitioner, Death Doula, Oma Board Member, Womb Keeper, Founder of GreenWitch Village, and Co-Author of The Art of Healing. As the Healing Arts Director of Mind Dojo, she helps individuals connect the mind, body, and spirit through offering holistic modalities to clinical clients who attend IOPs as well as individual sessions. Anna attained the Third Degree Master Practitioner Level Certification and the Master Teacher Level in the Usui System of Natural Healing, and practices and teaches Trauma Informed Reiki.
