April is Sexual Assault Awareness and Child Abuse Awareness Month. As survivors of abuse, many of us have experienced the additional traumatic effects of not being listened to or believed by those who are supposed to help us, such as people in the medical institutions, law enforcement, and sometimes our very own family and friends. The effects of trauma manifest differently for everyone, and sadly, many people, including trained professionals, remain uninformed. It can be a lonely journey, but You Are Not Alone.

Join panel members for this very important webinar discussion on learning to trust your intuition and being your own empowered advocate. Panel members will share personal stories of survival and holistic techniques to support you in the sacred process of reclaiming yourself in healing. You deserve to be respected and heard!

The format of this event is a group panel that discusses and has conversations around different aspects of healing from trauma. We have anywhere between 4-9 people on the panel and are always open to anyone wanting to join the panel.
