Join Jill Sansom and Karen Romano for this restorative relaxing yoga experience, while surrounded by the beneficial and healing energy of sound bowls, bells, drums and more! We will begin with setting intentions and doing breath work, followed by gentle movement and the opportunity to find full support through the use of blankets, bolsters and more. The interior of the space is perfect to feel, hear and embody the energy provided by the talented and intuitive Karen. Please bring your yoga mat and a pillow case to use with our bolsters. We have plenty of blankets and other props to use, or feel free to bring your own.
