Join in for a gentle, yet powerful, meditative experience. Relax deeply while the tones of a combination of instruments, such as the Gong, Crystal bowls, and Chimes are played in concert for you, as well as the frequency-minded music of Listening to Smile.  At the conclusion of each sound bath, Lesa offers a brief individual vibrational healing through the gong.   It is known that sound waves have a range of therapeutic effects on the mind and body. At the surface, sound therapy promotes deep rest and relaxation. This allows the body to accept become peaceful, promoting healing and balance.
