Restorative Sonic Meditation: Meditate while you relax, supported by blankets and bolsters on your mat while the healing sounds surround you. No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome to this healing class!

Each session is guided by Jen Stratakis, E-RYT 500, and will include breathwork, guided relaxation, and features the Frequency-Minded music of Listening to Smile. Listening to Smile creates frequency-minded music monthly in the theme of the current astrological energy. 

Please bring a yoga mat. Dress in comfortable yoga clothes--layers to stay warm and wear socks. The studio is fully equipped with bolsters, blankets, and blocks. Feel free to bring anything you need to feel extra comfortable during meditation such as an eye pillow or extra blanket.
