The Fox Chapel Area School District is hosting two “Pizza & Pre-K” sessions in February. The purpose of the sessions is to enable parents of children who will be 4 by Sept. 1, 2020, to learn more about the district’s free Pre-K program. Students are eligible for this program based on their family’s income. To be eligible, the family’s income must be below 300% of the federal poverty level for the size of the family. The first session will be held February 25 from 12:30-3:30 p.m. at the Sharpsburg Community Library located at 1212 Main Street in Sharpsburg. The second session will be held February 27 from 5-6 p.m. at the Youth Empowerment Project of Sharpsburg (formerly All of Us Care) located at 1650 Main Street in Sharpsburg.
