Shaler Garden Club will hold its 65th annual plant sale on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon at Kiwanis Park on Wetzel Road, Glenshaw. Hardy perennials from members' gardens will be offered at bargain prices, along with herbs, vegetables, houseplants, potted arrangements and bulbs. A basket auction, bake sale and flea market add to the festivities. Children will enjoy face painting, games and craft activities with a focus on insects. Children can even decorate a pot and plant a flower in it as a special Mother's Day gift for $1. Admission is free. Come rain or shine.
